“I received only one of two orders of a product that was a kit consisting of 2 items. I wrote to request my second half. A few days later I got a reply that it was their mistake and that the rest of my order would be fulfilled. That was two days ago. Hopefully I will get the rest soon!”

“I received one Syringe that leaked, I offered to send back if I recieved a post paid address label, the lady I spoke to on the phone said she would send one, Anyway I only got about a week of use as it leaked so badly”

“The products them selves are very good. But this time when they arrived they were all melted together making it a challenge to get them out of the bottle. This is the first time this has happened. Other than that I received excellent service and timely delivery.”
