The team was very responsive, answered all questions regardless of the time zone, and facilitated the onboarding process. At the clinic, I was given the white glove treatment. Dr. Cinik answered all my questions during the diagnostic and the staff was very experienced at the time of the procedure. The staff won't just let go after you fly back home but instead follow up and answer any questions you have. “I suffered from diffuse alopecia and after several years I decided to take a leap of faith and get the FUE transplant option. Being from the U.S. I was a bit nervous going overseas but Dr. Cinik's staff and team were extremely friendly, informative, and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I chose an option to not pay extra for a refined needle for the transplant which was honestly more painful than I would have guessed but after 6 months I can't argue with the results. So far so good and apparently it will keep growing for another 6months until I get the full results. I am very happy with my decision”
