“Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam. At first and before you pay a deposit, they will assure you that everything is bright and will tell you they will restore your front, middle and crown areas. After you pay the deposit and after book your ticket, she will start to get sneaky and will tell you your baldness is huge and we can only cover 40% and all hair will be planted in the front area only. Are you serious!!!! Why you didn’t tell me this upfront to make the right decision before I pay/book?!!! I don’t want to look like a clown!!!
Then she will tell this is what we agree on sir our phone conversations are recorded, when I never had any calls with her!!! Then will tell you we must go step by step and will try to sell you a second session which means double the cost if one session which is already double the average cost in Turkey!!
Here below I attach both messages between me and her before and after I paid the deposit. Check and make your own judgment. I am certain that this is a scam to get your deposits and then force you to plan a 2nd session as you will only have 60% of your baldness still in place with their broken promises they will restore all areas!!!
I’m happy that I made the decision and didn’t go to this clinic. They dont want to give me back my deposit which is a shame on them, I will refer this to my lawyer to sue this clinic for their consumer rights violations..”

I have been at the clinic and it was a desaster. Two of my friends and I went there to have a hair transplant.
Nr1: you barely see the doctor, he does not listen to you properly and randomly picks the hairline. He was disrespectful towards me and one of the other guys and DOES NOT take the time requirement to find sustainable solutions for your hair problem.
Nr2: The whole clinic is a mass processing. The more people they can squeeze in the better for them. Barely someone speaks English and you have no clue what is going on during the procedure.
Nr3: They have overharvested my donor area without considering the foreseeable future/proceeding of the hair loss pattern. Very primitive procedure without reflection. You will receive tons of grafts and it looks unnatural.
N4: They will take any customer they can take, whether it makes sense to do a hair transplant or not! A friend was norwood 7 (barely hair on top) and they still took him into consideration, taking his chest hair for his top!!! At 18:00 they quit the procedure, leaving 400 grafts behind, because it was "closing time" for the workers. Great: 400 GRAFTS/400 scars for NOTHING.
Another one I got to know in the waiting room was frustrated, as the doctor wanted to transplant hair of his head to his beard area instead of beard hair. The outcome would look ridiculous.
All in all, a primitive low skilled mass production. The hotel is way more expensive than ANY hotel in the area. The staff is manually plugging the hair, NO doctors involved at all. I have visible scarring.
However, the contact lady Miss "R...." was a great and very compassioned character. She was always here for us. Thank you very much. An angel.

“Final Results are terrible. A number of hairdressers and even friends have commented on the poor results, including friends which noticed that I'd had a hair transplant a year afterwards without me telling them. Completely regret the experience and total waste of money, not to mention damaging my image. Issues are as follows:
1) Hair line is too low and in a straight line with no variation creating a very unnatural appearance.
2) Implanted hair sticks straight up at a 90 degree angle to the scalp due to poor incision and implantation technique, which makes the final result look really strange. To cover this up I have to either completely shave my hair off or grow a fringe to ensure the hairline is not visible.
3) Folliculitis and pain has developed in the hairline area due to the implants being placed in at an irregular (and probably too deep) angle.
4) Many of the grafts on the hairline are not single grafts but multiple giving an unnatural appearance.
5) My donor area is scarred and the hair there cannot be cut too short as it looks like I have large bald patches when it is. I suspect this is as a result of poor extraction and removing significant number of grafts with one "pull" as quickly as possible.
I saw Dr Cinik for around 3 minutes prior to the surgery taking place. He drew the hairline and then I was sent straight into the surgery room where two technicians performed the transplant. Dr Cinik entered the surgical area twice during the procedure for a total of about 10 secnds just to say hello to the two technicians, and then left. At no point did he inspect the progress or the results.
I raised my concerns with the clinic every month for around 6 months but on every occasion was told everything was fine and I had nothing to worry about. Their tactic over the last couple of months however has been to completely ignore me. When I asked about 6 months ago to meet Dr. CINIK to show him the results and discuss the concerns I was told that he was far too busy for such things. The clinic had no interest in discussing the results with me. So much for the 10 year "guarantee".”

With this number of grafts, the donor area won't get overharvested. Our clinic considers donor health and does the extraction accordingly.
