“Delivery took a month, shipment tracking site was only available in Italian (for an order in the US), print quality was very low (the image is super pixelated), and "easy returns" ain't all that easy (I had to pay return shipping on an item that didn't fit). The two good things I can say are: I like the design on the shirt (though I'd like it better if it were a higher res image) and the customer service did reply promptly to my emails.”
