I ordered one ladies jacket, for R1299 and checked what the delivery cost will be, delivery for one jacket was R1100, then I added one male jacket to my parcel, delivering to the same address, 2 jackets, one parcel and dressinn added another R1100 to delivery. But why?!

Delivery failure, no support.
I ordered an item in April and have not received it after 3 months. When I inquire, I am only told to "wait". I cannot even get a refund.I think I donated $120 to them.

Its still in the Netherlands fir weeks.

Terrible service! I placed an order from them, they gave me a false estimated delivery date (within 10 days) and when i saw that I was getting no update and contacted them they said the item had only been shipped 5 days after ordered and that it could take up to 60 business days.

I ordered shoes over a month ago. When I placed the order they gave me an estimated delivery date....but it's beyond that by three weeks! They now say it takes 15-60 days to deliver. How is that possible for one pair of shoes shipped my airmail?? Ridiculous.

Charged me $156 for two day delivery to Canada via DHL. They didnt even ship the order for 5 days and are sending me automated replies and no response except >>> “ If we have not answered you yet or you are not satisfied with the answer we have sent you, please answer YES”
