Sorry pal, unfortunately you have been scammed same like me. The place will never come, neither you can reach them now nor they will contact you. I waited for them for more than 3 months and now i am following up for my refund with no luck till now.

Raise a complaint immediately if you paid via PayPal.
Forget about reaching them over the telephone, it is more difficult to reach them over the phone. At least after waiting 1-2 hours on portal you can chat with their customer rep, which will not help you in anyway.. Just keep pushing through emails and trust pilot and reviews.Io they may refund you.

My order was cancelled but i dont know why it was cancelled, and they said they will refund me within 2-4days, am i realy going to be refunded?
