Total Fraud and Scam Total Fraud and Scam! Do not use this company I was lied to and talked into signing a contract, they did not honor the terms, I had to go the attorney general, and still billed me after that even though they said the would close the account and refund me. HA what i lie i'm now going to small claims. cause they acted like me and still have finance company finance a loan with out my knowledge! never sent me any paper work and 500+ down already not including legal fees DriveSmart, 310 Main St. | Suite 108 Toms River, NJ | 08753 is all bad not be sucker like me! dont trust their fast talking sales man!!! jeff hung up on me very rude Michelle in customer service hung on me Brian was very nice tried to help I ask for supervisor Jeff hung up again they are scams and stealing people money and gangster phone talkers

Beware! They will scam you out of all your money and never cover a dime. I've tried for 2 days to cancel my policy, put on hold forever and transferred from multiple departments and told I needed a notarized and certified letter with tracking before any refund.

These people is linked to CarShield! You call Carshield and they have your information. This guy took a additional $100 out of my account without my permission. They said Carshield wasn't reputable and didn't cover Chevrolet warranties! They've scammed me out of at least $600. Go to your banks and get new debit cards. Car warranties are BIG TIME SCAMMERS! *ssholes! LaTonya

They took my deposit of $200 that allowed me time since I was leaving out of the country that day to verify with my dealership my full extended coverage on my vehicle. I had 30 days to get my $200 back. When I called my dealership to verify my full extended coverage that this company said I did not have, the company didn't want to give me my $200 back even though it was within less than the 30 days I was entitled to. It is a zero Scam please, please verify with your dealership before buy anything from them. They are desperate and cheating people at whatever means necessary. The only way they say I can cancel is by sending my declaration page from my dealership. I have right to decline any service but this is what they are doing. Hoping I will go past the 30 day period so they can keep my money and keep billing me monthly. Call the BBB and report them I am!!!

They took my money out of my checking account and did not fix my truck at all the scammers I’m getting tired of it money doesn’t grow on trees especially with this economy going on I’m getting really tired of these people that disrespectful they say ha ha on the phone and they hang up on you that’s a company that’s not a company unprofessional very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend us to nobody I just want my 179.99 back And I won’t bother them no more don’t get this company that quick enough to take your money but they’re not quick enough to return it for doing nothing to your truck or your car

Going on word of jessica being the best extended warranty there is. Found out when car a new purge valve and vapor blocking valve from my Ford escape titanium. The warranty doesn't cover. This is so wrong. I will be cancelling this warranty. I've been paying my money faithfully for months then in a time of need drive smart can't deliver on this so called extended warranty. People are being scammed.

I called to cancel my service and I do not get nowhere I'm going to dispute with my bank and if I don't get anywhere I am going to call the Better Business Bureau because this is a fake company I feel And I don't know what to do they took a lot of money for me A few Hundred dollar

Drive Smart took my money doing covid and when I called and wrote them before 30 days they said letter came after 30 days when they know there were lots of problems with mail and getting in touch with them.

Drive smart is the worst to ever have you half to go threw the most just to get threw anything or anybody I just talked to the rudest supervisor in the world who did not help me and hung up in my face I will never go here or even consider or refer any body to this place at all it’s horrible he admitted that it wasn’t my fault and that they did everything wrong I still tried to cancel and I half to go threw the most just to get my money back if I could sue I will sue but as I type my review I’m talking to my private lawyer now it was uncalled for and not professional at all

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am retired military. i was contacted by a sales rep and purchased this policy for my 2015 Ram 2500. I was told what the warranty was suppose to cover. It did not. It was all a lie. I paid not only for 100% repairs and then was told I would be reimbursed. Then was sent denial letters. I traded in my Ram on a new RAM and then this place had representatives that were rude and spoke to me horribly. I was then threatened by the rep that if I did not go to the dealership that I traded my vehicle into and get documentation that I traded the truck that I would be FORCED to FILE BANKRUPTCY and that it is PART OF THEIR CONTRACT!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! THEY ALSO VIOLATE THE FAIR CREDIT DEBT ACTS!!!! ANYONE WANT TO GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY- I AM ALL IN!!!!

Do not even start the application I looked into it they are no trying to force me to keep the policy and it hasn't even been 30 days they want a noterized letter just to cancel the policy and I don't think that will even work completely scammed

I have called repeatedly asked to cancel my contract . I was told I had a month to decide when I initially enrolled and I called after 2 weeks deciding I did not want to continue. The telephone reps have been rude and bullying insisting that I need to give them a reason to cancel and not accepting my requests. I thought it was canceled and then I receive a debit from my account . I have not been able to speak with anyone yet that will cancel my policy.

This company deserves 0 stars, not even one. I signed for 30 days promotional period and payed $114 refundable deposit. After I looked through the book they sent, I decided not to get warranty for my car. After waiting on the lane for 30 minutes, I was transferred to GM. He was incredibly rude, arguing with my and my boyfriend for another 30 minutes why we need this warranty. He was cutting my sentences. He was very loud and unprofessional. After he realized I am not keeping this terrible warranty, he told me all the informations the fastest he could and he wouldn't slow down and repeat. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. I can understand selling something, but being rude to potencial customers, I can't. Even though if I needed warranty, I would never buy it from them !

WHATEVER YOU DO “DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COVERAGE”....WHEN I DISCOVERED MY MILEAGE WAS TOO HIGH TO QUALIFY FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE I CANCELLED COVERAGE KEEP IN MIND I HAD THIS COVERAGE 4-5 MONTHS WITHOUT REALIZING WHAT I HAD...THE MANAGERS FRANKIE AND THOMAS DECIDED TO RETALIATE BY NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY OF $139.53 WHEN I SPECIFICALLY CANCELLED 10/15/19 AND THEN WAS CHARGED 10/28/19...WHEN I HAD ELECTRONIC PROOF OF CANCELLING THEY ACCUSED ME OF LYING ABOUT MY MILEAGE OF WHICH I DRIVE FOR MY WORK AS A SALES PERSON STARE TO STATE...THEREFORE I WAS TOLD MY MILEAGE WOULD AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE AND YET THE COMPANY CONTINUALLY CHARGED ME AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY...THE MANAGEMENT ARE UNETHICAL AND SHADY...THEIR OBLIGATION IS TO PROCESS CUSTOMER REQUESTS ACCORDINGLY....NOT BE JUDGE, JURY, AND EXECUTIONER!!!!! THIS COMPANY DO NOT DESERVE TGE ONE STAR I HAD NO CHOICE OF PROVIDING IN ORDER TO POST MY COMPLAINT!!!!!

What i was purchasing was not explained completely. I was signed up for a 30 day review period with a option for a full refund. Now when i call the rep is always out sick all of a sudden!

You spoke with a customer care representative on 3/12/2019 who tried to explain to you that due to your state regulations & laws, we were not able to give you the full extended service contract. On 3/14/2019 you spoke to this agent again who was able to accommodate your requests and we have already updated that information in which you will receive by mail shortly. Unfortunately, your customer care representative was out sick with a serious condition for a couple of days prior to your call on 3/14. He did reach out to you right away on that date.
