“I wanted to change because I had two claims and I thought they should have paid more. I called to cancel and after talking with a supervisor and she dropped the payment I was going to stay. After talking with her and thinking about what she said I could no stay. I have called back to cancel and was told a supervisor would call back to complete the process. They have not called back. The supervisor actually told me to tell the other company I was going with that I wasn’t driving anymore, that I decided I didn’t need a contract any longer, that I was selling my vehicle, etc. She was telling me to lie to the competition just so I could stay with Drive Smart. I think that was really unethical of a supervisor to propose that to me.”
