The Locking nut that holds the handlebars… Then locking nut that holds the handlebars locked snapped whilst my son was scootering and he fell off and injured himself quite badly. The company have refused to send us a new part and refused to give us a refund which we asked for as a last resort even though its only 5 Months into its 1 year warranty

Avoid by all means! The guarantee means nothing to them. They won't repair or even help you with replacing the broken part! The worst company ever!

i bought a refurbished electric scooter in excellent condition it said on website only minor cosmetic damage . it arrived on 25 july with no charger and no bolts to secure handle bars to scooter.the back brake light cover was missing and the light iholder is in 2pieces wedged in.and lcd display corner is grazed and its deep . and rear plastic that covers the wheel bolt is splitabout an inch long .on top of the other minor scratches all around it which i expectedbut not the 1st lot of damage. iphoned customer service who seemed helpful and was told someone would contact me by 11:18 nextday also an email saying 16:59 .no one contactedme so woke up wednesday morn to email saying they "received my return request andonly knew about missing bolts and would be in touch by 11: 19 again nocontact .so called at2pm and was told `technical dep would call warehouse and deal with it`its already been 3 days so why wasnt it done on 1st day i called . it was meant to be a bday present but instead its just sat there useless and still dont know whats going on an this is 4th day its a shame as price was decent and customer service seemed helpful and polite it just seems im being fobbed offas on there websit it says the chargers wont be delivered til jan 2023 think gonna send it back and get refund as getting nowhere and now am fuming it ruined atmosphere of bday not good at all

I have purchased DJI mini 3 pro (Order Number 43552946), but the box arrived empty! So the drone was stolen. I reported the case to customer support. After 10 days of back and forth, I was told that it is only my problem and they cannot help. It is not the only case that is on the internet when a box arrived empty --- google "dpd box arrived empty". NEVER BUY FROM DRONES DIRECT

My wife bought a drone for my birthday, when I tried it it nothing worked, ( I am a qualified drone pilot) it had a camera delay of over 30 seconds and couldn't be flown on the app. She contacted the company who arranged a collection, this was done and now they are denying recieving it. This was £120 and we have nothing other than getting fobbed off every day with the same story. As it was them that booked the collection its up to them to track the parcel as we don't have any tracking or insurance info on this collection. My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM DRONES DIRECT as they will cheat you out of your cash. They sell cheap rubbish that is not fit for purpose and refuse to refund AVOID AVOID AVOID

My Anafi controller stopped working back in March of this year (2021). It would appears as though there is a USB port fault with the controller (which from reading the forums and comments appears to be a common fault). Considering I’ve only used my Parrot Anafi around 20 times, and then for the controller to have stopped working it is extremely disappointing. I contacted Parrot’s customer service. Parrot’s customer service told me that my warranty claim has been approved by their investigations team, and that I needed to do this via the “point of sale”. We purchased our Parrot Anafi drone from our seller (drones direct). And when I contacted them, they told me that they are awaiting information from Parrot Anafi. So basically, drones direct and parrot keep going round in circles with the same response (like they are using it as a way of replacing faulty goods). If you don’t mind using your drone without a controller, then this is the perfect drone for you. If you want to be able to control your drone with controller, then search for another brand .

Ordered in November, with the promise of delivery ten days later. They took my payment and then sent continuous automated emails postponing the delivery. The wait got to 80 days and now I've given up and cancelled the order. Hopefully they'll refund my payment more promptly (within 3 days as promised). I assumed they had goods in stock, but it appears they pretend to sell products they don't have. In the meantime I ordered similar items elsewhere (Heliguy) and the order arrived promptly with no issues.

Placed ordered 06/09 delivery date changed ten times, phoned for update delay from supplier. Rude staff on the calls not them all, manager phoned explained delays was prepare to wait new date given then changed twice more. Advised them you can order on Amazon and get next day delivery from the DJI shop. Cancelled the order today following another delivery date change. Will not use again disappointment with the level of customer service and rude staff. Amazon way to go. Order 40167346.

One of the top companies for appalling tech/customer service Horrible , horrible experience for a first time buyer. Over a month now trying to get them to resolve a faulty part but they just keep beating around the bush instead of resolving the issue. Bought a simple Parrot drone to test out , day 2 blade falls off mid air, fixed it , tried again - drops off.. swapped the blades - again same result - same blade falls off. After several attempts - lost the blade in the grass and called tech support- no asnwer after 20 min on call - emailed them and been doing that ever since - with no resolution. Glad i didnt spend money on purchasing rhe expensive models. I wanted to give them a try but honestly cannot.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Worst experience of on-line selling. Bought a DJI Mavic Air and when delivered was missing a UK 3 pin power lead. Sold as UK stock. Complete lie! I already own. Phantom 4 Pro V2 and that was supplied with a genuine DJI UK power lead, but not from Drones Direct. When I complained and asked for a replacement power cable, was passed from one customer services agent to another. Replacement lead never received. I used the lead from my Phantom but then found that this drone to had several faults. Interference with transmission, compass errors and a faulty controller. Requested a replacement but again spent weeks dealing with different customer services representatives and no replacement. I then decided to complain using their 3 stage system. I ended up (stage 3) sending an email to their Customer Services Director, James Rigg. I was supposed to get a personal response from him, but no. All I got was more customers services managers (how many do they have) replying. Every time I responded I was dealt with a different manager! I was promised a replacement upgrade to the Mavic Air 2 for all my troubles, but had to wait three weeks more while the faulty drone was returned and then tested. So much for abiding by the Distant Selling Regulations. Then, no apology or replacement upgrade, but just a refund. I would suggest that you don’t trust this company, unbelievable poor service, and total lies from their Customer Services Manager, James Rigg. He should be ashamed to deliver such poor service. Rubish company sold me used drone as new .missing and lose screws ,somone hairs on remote,arm wouldn't lock in position. Unprofessional customer servis treat you as a kid 10 years old.

Do not use this company, I bought a proflight orbit from them. delivery was quick but upon flying the drone I realised the camera was faulty. I sent them a video of the camera issue, to which they replied there was nothing wrong with the camera as it worked. The camera did work but it filmed in nearly black and white, the colour was awful. they are now saying if I keep the item they will refund me £10 and they won't accept a refund if the drone has been used, I had to use the drone to find there was a issue! I have emailed them to say I'm returning the drone, but I keep getting the same answer and it's impossible to get hold of them via phone.

For what was supposed to be a simple purchase, turned into a complete nightmare. First of all, its a dreadful website to use and I ended up with two finance applications, they then delayed the order. I placed another order which didn't arrive. I've spend hours on the phone being told something different by each person I speak with. Some of the staff are rude and clearly hate their jobs. It's always 5 days to get something done. The list goes on. To make things even worse, their courier took pictures on my "NAKED" three year old at our front door and claim this is proof of delivery. I've still got no package and they are happily sitting on my money. A complete joke!

They took our payment promising delivery 3 days later, then email to say out of stock, gave new date 7 days later, then email again to say out of stock, new delivery date is now 3 weeks away, they have our money we have only broken promises. Cancelled the order

Bad from start to finish. Placed order and given delivery date. This date passed, no order arrived. So I emailed them. They replied saying the item is currently out of stock, giving me a date when the item is due in. This date passed, no order arrived. I contacted them again. They gave me another expected delivery date...over a week away. Today, the day the item was due they sent an email saying the item was still out of stock and suppliers are no longer stocking the item!
