“Customer online assistance was absolutely great - lots of information, quick typing so I didn't have to wait for hours for a response and lots of clarity so that I got all the info I needed. Based on that, I made a purchase which I'm very happy with and had the satisfaction of all my questions answered before parting with my money. Very satisfied customer!”

“Absolutely fantastic. DS Music were the only people who could actually tell me quickly exactly what I needed without um-ing and ah-ing. I needed to upgrade my version of Sibelius 5 academic to Sibelius 8, and no-one else seemed to have a clue what they were talking about! If I'd listened to Avid's own salespeople I would have ended up spending over £200 (they told me an upgrade wouldn't work because my version of Sibelius was the academic one - this was completely wrong!). DS Music isn't the first music-software-selling shop to turn up on google, but don't let that put you off - they really know what they're talking about and I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I ordered Avid Sibelius software through DS Music. An initial confusion over the download links was resolved very quickly. There were a couple of further issues with Sibelius which I needed to use their support to resolve, but DS Music asked me to keep in touch and that they would get back to Avid on my behalf if necessary. Thankfully Avid support were also good, and this was not necessary. Very pleased with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from DS Music again.”
