“From the time I walked into the shop, until I left, the staff were most helpful. I was allowed to peruse at will and not "ambushed", as soon as I got in. When I asked about purchasing a new guitar, I was given many options, which were both informative and aided my eventual selection and purchase. This is not the first time I have purchased items from the store at Monmouth. I and I would assume, keep coming back because the staff are first class, knowledgable and take time to help, without rushing. Kind regards Phil.”

“I visited this website looking for sound euipment for vocal recordings. I was invite to chat with one of their team, he was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I especially liked the fact that he listened to my requirements and suggested a product, which was right for me. He didn't try to push something that was over complicated for my needs. When I come to buy, I'd definitely return here.”
