“Fantastic product! Very happy with it! The staff were very helpful with taking what i bought out of the shop, due to it being quite heavy to lift on my own. Couldn't doubt the service i got one bit. Will definitely be popping back in soon in the near future!”

“I needed help purchasing Sibelius as the AVID website was not able to process my order. I ordered from DS Music then needed to change my delivery options. The friendly staff at DS Music worked with me on the chat line to make the change, then even phoned me to ensure the details were all as they should be, and that I was happy with the end result. The also offered assistance should I need it for the verification process. Excellent customer service!”

“In an age of Internet shopping it's so refreshing to have a local, physical shop still surviving and selling instruments, music and extras within easy distance. DS Music have always has what I need - a starter guitar for my daughter, an electric piano and stand and, most recently, a ukulele. My favourite strings for my strat (Ernie Ball super slinkies) always there when I break a string. What would I do without DS Music? Travel to Chepstow or Newport or wait days for replacements. A great range of music and song books from instruction books to musicals and band music - everything I need.”

“Ordered some special crackers containing hand bells. Placed order at 3.30pm, arrived 11.30 the next day - and I didn't pay for next day delivery! Perfect!”
