The driving instructor - Joseph Woodgate arrived late for the lesson and on the day of the test! Not professional at all! He said he would refund some of the money because he was late on 3 separate occasions but is no longer taking our calls.

Yes Dtcuk are scammers the car I was promised was not was delivered the car that was brought the brake and gas was malfunctioning and the driving instructor was rude,arrogant and very unpleasant he told me he refused to take most of the people for test,he did the same for me,he lied and said he could change my test date to next week or the week after in my area,another person in the company said they don't even offer that service and the area he mentioned its difficult to book in that area that quickly,Trust the other negative reviews they follow the same pattern of scam and they want you to pay in cash on the day to the driving instructor

**SCAM** The instructor turned up for a last minute driving test in a car not fit for the test. We had purchased 2 hours of driving before the test to get to grips with the controls, but straight from the off the instructor said you need to show that you are test ready in the first half an hour. No time to get used to the clutch, brake before refusing the use of the car for the test. Then he has the audacity to pipe up with 95% of students he refuses to let them take the test. This screams SCAM all over it, do yourself a favour and use a reputable company.

This is a scam. Do not go for it. They robbed me of £209! I had the worst experience with DTC UK provided trainer ‘Bill from LSM test hire, at Coventry driving test centre today. He didn't give me a chance to appear for the test. I told him that let them fail me but give me a chance, but he refused. And all this because he had a personal grudge against me. Yes, you may feel that it's my words against the word of driving instructor. But let me put forward my point of view. DTC sent me an email with a phone number. It was not mentioned in the email not to call. When I called that number, the instructor says “why did you call. It's common sense not to call. Are you stupid?” He was arrogant the entire time. I complained about it with DTC. They didn’t change my instructor. So, he took revenge on the test day. He messed up my test. He came for the test with a decision already made against me. And tried everything possible to make me suffer. He gave wrong instructions. He misguided me. He gave wrong road number to follow signs for which didn’t exist there. He gave instructions when I was in the middle of the roundabout. He asked me how many blind spots are there. When I said 2 and explained to him. He said you are absolutely wrong. How did you even dare to come for an exam. I told him about parallel park, bay park, reverse park and emergency stop. He still kept saying you are missing things. You are not ready for the test. I kept convincing him that I can do all this really well practically. But he didn’t give me a chance to do so. For practice of parking, he purposefully took me to an inclined road and busy road. Just so that he could say I have made a mistake. He kept confusing me and disturbing me while I was driving. I used to pause talking to focus on roundabout. He kept pinching why are you not answering. He kept bombarding me with questions but didn't see how I was driving. His focus was to fail me by asking questions but not on how I was driving. He succeeded. He used his power and misused it against me. I was helpless. He was demotivating me for entire 45 minutes. He did not give me the promised 1 hour session. I was polite entire time, but he was rude. Disrespectful. The following are some of his gems: • You're asking for my help. (Whereas we are paying for their services) • Educated people like you how can you act so stupidly. Condition of the car- 1. The clutch pedal was loose. 2. The gear shifting was hard. 3. The car was very very old 4. The car was in a filthy condition and was not maintained well 5. The AC wasn’t switched ON 6. The clutch setting was so bad that I had to pull my foot all the way up to make it move in 1st gear He also asked me to call my instructor from other town right in the middle of session. What's the point of availing this service if they're not allowing you to appear for the test. As I said at the beginning, it’s my word against his word. So, you are free to judge yourself. But I would strongly NOT recommend this service.

Very BAD THEY SCAMMED US WE OAYED £100 AND THEN TODAY WHEN WE WENT IT GOT CANCELLED AND WHEN I TALKED TO THEM FOR HELP THEY TALKED IN A RUDE MANOR AND THEY WASTED MY TIME AS I GO TO UNI THEN THEY SAID COOL GOOD LUCK PLZ BE BEWARE IF THESE BLOODY SCAMMERS WE SAVED MONEY FOR THIS AND THEY DO THIS PLZ STAY AWAY!

Avoid at all costs! Sent us an incompetent instructor who didn’t even know you have to park near the test centre to start your exam. Do not use this service as they charge a £79.00 fee for no reason plus a £90 for the instructor. The person who takes the calls will cut the call midway through to avoid paying out legitimate refunds. This is not a legit company or service and they will scam you.

Scammers - avoid completely or at least never pay in advance Paid 100GBP to schedule a practice test back in January 2022. I also clearly articulated the preferred locations and timeframe. After 4 days they sent me a reservation to a date one month after the agreed dates which I rejected hoping for earlier option to come soon as I felt pretty optimistic on them needed just 4 days to come up with the first option. Then followed 2 motnths of complete silence. I pinged them once in several weeks to get a boilerplate response like "we are working hard to fulfill your request, but there is nothing suitable at the moment". After two and a half months of this I asked to return my money back in full since there was no progress. I got only 85GBP back as they hold 15GBP as an administrative fee refusing to provide any stamped invoice and providing only nonsense as explanations. I wonder what is the difference if I had my own booking and registered with them to get earlier cancellation and pay only after test is re-booked? I was supposed to get multiple options before I finally accept and pay. There would be no administrative fee I guess since there would be no pre-payment.

DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY INTO THERE HANDS, THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR TEST AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING AND THEM BLAME YOU FOR IT!!!!

Kept getting emails to say to confirm or cancel the date, confirmed it, payed nearly £50. Had an email to say test has been booked, checked on dvsa website and it hadn't changed, so it actually hadn't been booked and I can't even get my money back.

Customer service - they make fake promises of only paying when they find you a test but get you to pay before that. Stated that they booked my test when in actual fact I did and they cancelled it for me. Really bad service do not recommend at all please stay away from this company. Really frustrating. I only used this company as it was recommended by a friend but I will never recommend this to anyone.

I did not get any tests sent out to me. I used @tuhin2drippy on Snapchat he got me a test within a week. Bit pricey which was £150. But you get what you pay, I literally didn’t wait got a test and goodmayes is always packed

hey booked a date for me that did not suit me and when I didn't agree , they cancelled completely my test and they didn't give me back my initial date and they didn't even change the test to a later date , so now I have to book and pay again for a new test at a date 4 months after my booked test . be careful when you give them your details , they are really unprofessional and sketchy

This service works that you do not make the payment until after a new test date has been found. My booking was cancelled because I forgot to make the payment in time. This was my mistake but meant that my original DVLA driving test booking was cancelled, which cost 62 pounds. Would have preferred to pay in advance rather than after to avoid this problem.

I paid a deposit to hire a car for my driving test on the 1st September 2021 but no car was booked and I failed my driving test. I was told the refund will be sent to my account on 2nd September 2021 but untill 5th September 2021 no refund. When I called to follow up I was told the person I was dealing with is off. I payed for a service provider I expect my issues to be treated by the company and not rely on individuals. The service isn't great and stuff gave me confused information. They aren't responsive I had to follow up on each step before the exam to end up not having the car to take the test.
