Got a Question?

One of my Dualit Architect 4 slice toaster's regulator blocks has died. Toast won't lock down and no light on knob. If I hold it down, the elements work, but get extremely hot (yellow hot). So naturally I don't use those 2 slots. Is it possible to buy a new block?
