“Wouldn’t recommend, poor service!
I order the correct amount of rolls of paper needed based on the pattern match information, but this was wrong and was no where near the length it said, so I had extra rolls and they don’t accept returns. They didn’t tell me that when I ordered and at over £40 a roll it’s a lot of money.”
“Don't expect a warm retail experience. It's industrial/ trade focussed.
First hurdle is getting someone to acknowledge your presence.
Second is keeping their attention once you get someone.
Third is having an intelligible dialogue with anyone.
Product is good but expensive if you're retail.
This is based upon four visits.”

It seemed she didn't like me but even if she didn't, there was no need to be so nasty, and it was so unprofessional. I found it very upsetting and will not go back there again.”
