“The adverts looked fantastic, and the video reviews were glowing—but after receiving my Dustblocker 500, it quickly became clear that it was all just clever marketing and paid endorsements.
Getting through to customer service was a challenge in itself. After three days of trying, I finally spoke to someone and explained that the unit wasn’t performing as expected. It only needed to collect fine dust from a specific area in our workshop, yet it wasn’t doing anything. The representative—who was helpful at the time—suggested upgrading to the twin-arm model, so I took his advice.
When the new unit arrived, we set it up, hopeful that this one would actually work. But once again, it had about as much suction power as a discarded 1980s Henry Hoover. We even tried pushing dust directly into the arms, but it just built up around the rubber openings instead of being collected.
Frustrated, we called the company back, only to find that the once-helpful representative (unlike the dust) had vanished. Feeling misled, I requested a refund—only to be told that because we had used the machine, we weren’t eligible. A ridiculous policy, considering you can’t assess its effectiveness without actually using it.
Now, we’re forced to go through our bank to issue a chargeback.
My advice? Save your money and buy a vacuum from Lidl—it’ll be cheaper and probably more powerful.”

“I ordered dust extractor on Saturday only to be told today that it is out of stock and not coming back in at any point . I've been given choice of refund or choose another machine. I've opted for refund and I'm still waiting to be told when my hard earned money will be refunded to me ! Machines shouldn't be advertised as available if out of stock very disappointed 😥”
“Absolutely disgusting service order item on Friday told it would be dispatched until Monday? WTF. Sent email Mon saying not received email saying its been dispatched, still no reply. Rang Tuesday only to be told its mot beset still and will go today Tuesday on next day delivery. Person who I spoke with said orders are dispatched within 3 days, load of rubbish as website says delivery's are received within 3 days not dispatched. I needed the item urgently won't order off them ever again, nearly a week and still not arrived.”
