About DWG Mortgages:

We are a team of advisors who have 30 years plus industry experience so we have all the tools we required to help you get the mortgage you need.

We are passionate about dealing with our clients in a friendly way and have built our success on recommendations from happy clients.

There are four of us Nick Green, Sam Denly, Kerry Willis and Lisa Green.

We deal with the whole mortgage market including later life mortgages so whatever you need, we will be able to help you find the best solution.

“Fantastic service, amazing breadth of knowledge anllows DWG to source the best available solutions based on their clients individual needs. I know that a less experienced mortgage adviser would have wasted a lot of my time and most likely failed to find a lender that would lend to me due to my unusual circumstances.”

“Nick and Lisa were so helpful in all aspects of arranging our mortgage and were always on hand for any queries and concerns. They were absolutely instrumental in ensuring we got back our early repayment charge when porting our mortgage across to our new property. DWG really did go over and above to give us excellent service.”

“I have to say out of the mortgage advisors we have used- Nick is by far the best! His communication and knowledge are second to none. He was very patient in allowing us to explore a few avenues and had no trouble looking into these for us. “I cannot recommend enough. Had the pleasure of Nick looking after our application and he took genuine care and interest from beginning to completion day. Had some issues with a solicitor (long story!) and Nick was very reassuring and really went the extra mile in ensuring things got over the line for completion day. Highly recommend.”

“If you are looking for a friendly, professional mortgage advisor that goes out of their way to help you with your mortgage please go to Kerry Willis of DWG Mortgages. “Nick has been an absolutely life saver this year. He has already been a true professional and genuine in wanting to do the best for his clients. With the increase in interest rates my husbands and I were trying to make cuts where ever we could in anticipation of our mortgage being dramatically more than we had expected. Nick called us urgently to secure a mortgage rate the same day. He predicted the mortgage rates increasing the following day and wanted us to get the lowest rate we could as soon as possible. This is what we did (and got a rate which was much lower than we were expecting. Amazing!) Sure enough the following day the interest rates increased to a rate where we would be unsure if we could keep the house in the long run. Nicks knowledge and integrity allowed us to keep the house me and my husband both love. We are eternally grateful for Nicks guidance and help. Thank you.”

“Sam and Lisa work, advice and help finding us a mortgage was invaluable. Without it I am not sure we would have been able to get on the housing market. When the first house we wanted to purchase fell through, they negotiated an extension which in real term will save us thousands of pounds. But alongside their great business advice Sam was such a decent and diligent person who was always available to help us navigate the complexity of buying our first house. My brother and sister would also say the same having also used DWG Mortgages. Thanks very much Sam! George & Alessia”

“Sam from DWG mortgages worked extremely hard on our behalf ensuring we found not just one mortgage, but two, enabling us to pursue our new venture, but also upsize to our current home . Our circumstances were not the most straight forward, which meant finding suitable mortgages did not come easy for Sam. Sam persevered and did not give up until he was able to phone us with fantastic news. On top of this Sam was always there to speak too it didn’t matter when you called Sam would be available to deal with any matter - if we did have to leave a message Sam would always call back within if not before the time frame specified. We can honestly say he is by far the best Mortgage Broker we have ever worked with and would recommend Sam to everyone. Sam is a lovely guy and we will be using Sam and DWP Mortgages again.. Very happy customers !”

“Saying am happy with the service and advice I got from Nick and Lisa Green is an understatement, prior to being introduced to them I had already spoken to about 7 mortgage advisors which none of them could help but dwg mortgages were able to tell me if I would be accepted or not and they updated me on every steps along the way and best part was knowing that I didn't have to pay nothing until my mortgage was approved which was really reassuring, they were very helpful and I would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
