We are a team of advisors who have 30 years plus industry experience so we have all the tools we required to help you get the mortgage you need.

We are passionate about dealing with our clients in a friendly way and have built our success on recommendations from happy clients.

There are four of us Nick Green, Sam Denly, Kerry Willis and Lisa Green.

“Nick Green came recommended as being very knowledgeable and helpful. Having found a previous advisor rude and pushy, I was relieved to find Nick and his team to be polite, efficient, helpful, most importantly honest and understanding. He was happy to explain and alleviate any concerns and also chase up any delays. I would reccomend Nick to my friends, family and colleagues. He and his team took all the stress out of the mortgage process for me.”

“I’ve used Nick for many years to arrange my mortgage and he has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. However, even I was impressed with how brilliantly he dealt with my recent remortgage. He offered expert advice right from the start, finding me a lender which suited my self employed income far better than most, securing me a rate which was so much cheaper than I was expecting. When I told him I needed it to go through quickly, Nick took care of absolutely everything! He worked out of hours to get the application in that same day and pushed to turn my mortgage offer around in less than week.... in the middle of a global pandemic and at a time when many lenders were experiencing a huge backlog! Very impressive, five star service and I would thoroughly recommend Nick to anyone.”
