We are a team of advisors who have 30 years plus industry experience so we have all the tools we required to help you get the mortgage you need.

We are passionate about dealing with our clients in a friendly way and have built our success on recommendations from happy clients.

There are four of us Nick Green, Sam Denly, Kerry Willis and Lisa Green.

“I wasn't able to fault them. Response times were usually within 5 mins which is unheard of. Amazing personal service I will always use them as long as they are around. Excellent all around.”

“We rate DWG 5 stars. We got to know DWG through a real estate agency. We lived in an -expensive- rented flat and were looking for something to buy. All the DWG staff have always proved to be very collaborative and efficient. When, after a long search, we found, through a different real estate agency, the house we were looking for, DWG immediately proceeded to propose the solution that best suited our needs and followed us through all the procedures for obtaining the mortgage, helping us to prepare all the documentation that the lending bank requested. Now we finally live in our own house, paying a much lower mortgage than the rent we paid. We will never stop thanking DWG for the work they have done for us. E.C & D.C. Ramsgate”

“DWG mortgages exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Sam Denly was extremely knowledgeable about every type of mortgage and answered all my questions promptly so I could arrive at the right mortgage for my circumstances. He provided a decision in principle within a couple of hours, which was key to having an offer accepted on my house purchase. Lisa Green then very efficiently dealt with every aspect of the application ensuring that I provided what was required, so my application sailed through. The whole process was speedy ensuring I secured a great fixed rate for 5 years, at a time when many good rates were disappearing. I’ve already recommended DWG to family and friends.”

“I have been extremely impressed with Nick Green’s outstanding service and efficiency both the first time we moved and when we had to remortgage two years later. As an independent mortgage advisor, he truly was able to find us the best deal available on both occasions (we got comparable advice) and on each occasion, he demonstrated excellent knowledge of the whole mortgage market and guided us very professionally through each step of the application process. He ensures that all documentation and evidence is collated and submitted properly, which avoids unnecessary delays or problems in the application process.
