“ Absolutely useless, they have to date failed to pick up my parcel for delivery six times!…yes that’s six times!!! Live chat all very apologetic and friendly, they rebook and then no one turns up??? You want to try calling their complaints line!! It just rings and rings! No one ever answers. I had to give one star to to start this review otherwise it would be a very big fat zero!!! …….don’t use this absolutely useless company!! ”

“ Delivery driver turned up, went into the back of his van for a few minutes, came out the van closed the doors, took a photo of my house got in the van and sped off, then I got a delivery update saying nobody home and left a card. ”
