“ Had an item at the Bridgend depot for next day delivery on Tue 9th Dec. Come Fri was assured an extra driver was on on Sat and it's on its way. Mon, (today) still nothing spoke to Supervisor, Sandina, very nice. Who would look into it. Still waiting. DX just don't care. Took time off work to be here, it's a joke ”

“ On the tracking page it shows that they have the package, and they send delivery dates that you have to confirm. ”
