“ My supplier sent out a delivery on my behalf for my customer. ”

“ Delivery several days late. Driver claimed rd closed, despite 5 other roads leading to our house. Boxes have arrived opened with missing straps, delivery driver was oblivious to this or able to see it was a problem 🤣. I rang the company who said open the boxes, I said they are already open 🤣😂. Poor Service at its best. Be aware of who you purchase from and that they don't use this appalling bunch bunch of bananas. No Stars. ”

“ Told collection of parcel between 12:30 and 14:30 today but at 12:48 had text to say had attempted delivery but no response? I was home all the time (in lounge by front door) and nobody called, also have video doorbell to confirm. ”

“ This company is a complete joke, and have no care if they inconvenience customers, they think that they can just send your items out when they feel like it and will leave your items on your doorstep for anyone to steal on days that you are not expecting your delivery. ”

“ If I could give zero stars I would. They invariably don't try and deliver when the say they are going to in their notification email and delivery tracking and then items suddenly show up with no warning ”

“ Was told it would be delivered between 8am and 6pm on a given date, but the delivery didn't take place. ”

“ This is the worst courier in the UK, rude driver arguing about me having to accept damaged parcels, which I refused to do, had a hissy fit and threw the parcels back in the van. 70% or more of the parcels are damaged on delivery. Now the driver pretends he has tried to delivery stating no one to accept delivery, we have video camera images showing no attempt made their customer service is hard to reach and do not respond. ”
