I was told they would attempt delivery the following day but couldn't guarantee delivery.

Got a voice message to say to call back to reschedule a delivery, I tried for 2 days with no answer, I eventually called the main office which was able to transfer me to Bristol where someone eventually decided they would pick up the phone, after speaking to the man he said he would make sure it would be delivered on the weekend.

I had a delivery from B and Q of an integrated oven and microwave, the two delivery drivers seem to not know how to do manual handling…. Only the microwave arrived and the way they brought it off the van was ridiculous reicived my new microwave smashed to bits…, don’t know what they are doing!!!!!

This company has earned it's title as the WORST delivery service in the world! They recieved two parcels from a seller on the 6th January, which was for an item of furniture.

Awful experience. Lied about attempted delivery. Online tracker is a waste of time. Calling customer service is pointless as they never answered. One star is too many

DX suppose to be delivering a fireplace, original purchase post said “3 day delivery “, ordered December, chasing store, then the supplier then delivery, 3 separate days stated for delivery , no show again today. Am cancelling order tomorrow, stressful, inconvenient and the only information I ve received is from chasing it around myself, and still that’s got me nowhere.. 3 day delivery is now day 19 😞

DX in Manchester lost my passport because they outsourced the delivery of it due to being busy.

For the second time in a space of about 10 days I received a message saying that they "missed me" and left a calling card. For the second time this was a lie as I was in the house all the time and there was no calling card left. Awful service. DO NOT USE IT. If I learn that the company I am buying from (in this case B&Q) uses this delivery company I will just buy from some else so I avoid all this hassle.

I have waited in 3 days for my delivery which keeps getting cancelled for no reason ,this is unaceptable ,worse delivery company i have ever experienced .
