“ AVOID dreadful company. Two delivery dates given but no delivery. Lost my item apparently, how they managed to lose something 900x600x20mm I don't know. Luckily I bought via Amazon so got a refund. AVOID ”

“ Worse courier service in the UK. They came to deliver 5 days in a row, no one was in to sign for it. And they don't deliver weekends. So if you work Monday to Friday, no chance your getting your parcel. I contacted them and they never got back to me. In the end I contacted the website who I purchased the item from and they arranged for it to be sent back for a refund. Absolutely terrible courier service. ”

“ Horrendous company can't get hold of them to ask them to leave with a neighbour and you try and ring them it's all automated for a resend. Said they have tried to delivery twice been in all day have told H Samuel to get the item sent back and issue a refund if I could I wouldn't even give them one star!! ”

“ What went wrong??? …. Everything that’s what…. three separate delivery dates and not one attempt on any of them absolutely awful company…. If you ever order anything and you see DX freight as the courier just ask for a refund because you will be lucky if they deliver ”
