First order was not even delivered to correct address but I cannot claim a refund because company I ordered from think I signed for it - I have incurred a financial loss from this.

Well after reading these reviews I’m not surprised my parcel haven’t turned up a week of waiting losing money from work to wait for this parcel customer services are absolutely shocking keeps telling me it’s out for delivery I’ve emailed my actual company I ordered from and getting a refund and will order else where will never use this company again I I find out any company I ordered off uses this company I’ll b cancelling the order straight away absolutely shocking

Terrible company live plants delayed at depot for 6 days dead on arrival ..DX customer live chat useless said ask seller for refund even though it was their fault

Previous to my last review, where 3 attempts were allegedly made to deliver my parcel, to which I got a refund from the Ebay seller, I ordered the same items from a different company.

AVOID dreadful company. Two delivery dates given but no delivery. Lost my item apparently, how they managed to lose something 900x600x20mm I don't know. Luckily I bought via Amazon so got a refund. AVOID

‘What went wrong’? You never delivered the parcel , I paid extra for next day delivery! A week later! I called the company I. Brought the item off to get a refund & get in touch with you, had zero communication with you as impossible to get hold off . If I see you are the parcel force again behind my online purchasing I will cancel and not bother

Worse courier service in the UK. They came to deliver 5 days in a row, no one was in to sign for it. And they don't deliver weekends. So if you work Monday to Friday, no chance your getting your parcel. I contacted them and they never got back to me. In the end I contacted the website who I purchased the item from and they arranged for it to be sent back for a refund. Absolutely terrible courier service.

Horrendous company can't get hold of them to ask them to leave with a neighbour and you try and ring them it's all automated for a resend. Said they have tried to delivery twice been in all day have told H Samuel to get the item sent back and issue a refund if I could I wouldn't even give them one star!!
