Courier lied as promised come back next day as couldn't wait 2min. Never came back and no refund too. Very poor service now. Was good before so very sad to see. Thanks Kindest Regards Saima/Sageer

Untrustworthy service, wasted my time waiting for my delivery and never attended for 3 days. Ended to cancel my order with the supplier and asked for full refund.

I waited in for three days expecting each day for parcel to be delivered but wasted my time each day as they didn’t turn up at all had to eventually cancel the delivery feel sorry for the supplier as now we are expecting a refund ,very poor communication from DX

I have asked to speak with someone or get an email to ideally resolve the issue and get a refund but I was told that to keep costs down they do not offer a phone or email service.

I have now cancelled my order with the supplier and received a refund I notified them of DX Delivery's incompetence and added that I will not be ordering anything at all from them until they change couriers.

Waited in 2 full days and they said delivery on hold. Unable to speak to anyone and can't get refund from Amazon because they say I need to speak with DX. Furious with these scammers and Amazon and BuyBox who use them. Just want my money back.

We expect full refund for the delivery and also a compensation for the £100 appointment for tomorrow but I hope Lawrence is happy and enjoying his beer.

I just don't understand, I have never this many issues to deal with for 2 sofas!!! I have been seriously patient so far Thursday 21st July will be the 4th try and if that fails, I will just ask for a refund from Furniture Choice.
