It is a very complex system with lots of capabilities but lots of complications and hard to understand set up for the admin end user. Self service is not a user friendly.

Support has deteriorated over last year - much slower to respond. also upgrade to Version 5 has been disappointing . Despite increased capability the admin user experience is more cumbersome in my view. Impossible to get booked on any live training events so i still dont understand how to use a lot of the additional functionality

Admin point of view: Implementation needed a lot of our assistance. In the testing faze we had to catch and report many bugs/issues. Almost felt like your testing unit and not a customer. Even now after the implementation there are still bugs and things that need to be fixed and fixing them is going really slow.

I dont think the service offers good reporting functionality and some of the capabilities are unclear. For a small business it could be a good way of managing a team but for large organisations forget about it.

unfort. still no implementation into Outlook possible with whole group absence calendar overviews as in eDays...

We do offer both the option to export team views into Outlook, and the option to integrate directly with your outlook exchange to add bookings straight into your users' calendars.
