I wanted to return the phone & upgrade to the next model....with this request, e2save contacted me, granted this request, gave me instruction & I should be receiving my phone in the next couple of days. “I was due for an upgrade and my initial dealings with carphone warehouse and the tele sale's operative was disappointing. He managed to completely get it wrong and I ended up with three lines on my account instead of my original two. He did not take the time to listen to the information I provided . Had he listened then I would not be out of pocket.”

“Not happy with my order. I was informed that I would receive a Kindle Fire and based on this I placed my order. However when received today I received a basic kindle, which I already had. My order was placed on the basis that I would receive a Kindle Fire. I would like someone to contact me to discuss. I would either like to receive the item agreed and return the kindle I received or cancel the order completely. If there is a dispute I would request that you listen to the phone transcripts at the time I placed my order. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP - REGARDING TRANSACTION334745038, CUSTOMER LEAD 58703745. If you are promising one thing and delivering another I would not be inclinded to give favourable recommendations to anyone wish to use your services.”
