“Wer do I start my experience with e2save !! Horrendous. Spoke 2 a caller Nicky don't kno how many times I then cancelled phone 3 wks later she again phoned 2 say it wud b delivered told her it was cancelled and I didn't want it, for it 2 be delivered & sent back. Still waiting 4 them 2 contact me as my tarrif has changed and yet no new phone. Would not recommend them. This problem is still not resolved & I am running out of time. Any help wud be grateful.”

“I have had a contract with another provider for many years but on upgrading my contract I found EE to be A) the most competitive, B) the most accommodating, C) very efficient & D) very speedy delivery despite me changing delivery address twice within 2 hrs of quoted delivery day/time. I hope this excellent service continues & remain a customer for years to come T Beckett”

“I actually had a problem with my order to the extent that everything had changed on the confirmation email and order was completely wrong. I took delivery of the phone I ordered and e2save helped me to sort it out and even send me out the gift I was trying to get with the phone. All in all a good helpful team and company,I would and will most certainly recommend to friends and family.”

“ordering the phone was really easy. the phone wasnt in stock, however i called customer services and one of the agents tried her best to find me either another good deal or a similar phone. i told her i'd really like the same phone and she managed to speak to the warehouse to see if it was available - it was and it was dispatched to me the very next day! extremely happy with E2Save's service! I will definitely be using them again and also recommending them to my family and friends.”

“Easy to use quick.to set it up and quick delivery, altho if we didnt already have an iphone we wouldnt of been able to put the sim in as no sim pin was included or instructions and would of been nice to recieve headphones too but phone in perfect condition cant tell its refurbished.”
