“It has now been a week since the telephone conversation arranging the upgrade. 6 days since taking delivery of the phone. Despite 3 visits to the local store, the staff there being very helpful, and telephone calls to Vodafone the network contract has still not been transferred to new phone. It seems the system cannot recognise that this is an upgrade with same number. I will be going down to the store for a 4th time today. MOST UNSATISFACTORY. Following this post, I received a call from 'Grace'. I explained problem also that there appeared no contact number to contact E2save. Grace said she would contact Vodafone. I explained that today thus was especially a problem as I'd list contact with my partner in the earthquake zone so contact ability was essential. I have now had no service on either phone so nobody can call or text me. Still unsatisfactory”

“The phone arrived very promptly, the day after I agreed to take on the contract. I sorted the SIM out at a Carphone Warehouse on Saturday afternoon but had to pay to have my contacts transferred. And now the next Tuesday, I am still using my old phone as the new one still has not connected. Cool!!”

“My iPhone arrived within the hour specified. Well packaged. Communication throughout the order and shipping process was exemplary. The iPhone 4S itself is a good smartphone, does pretty much everything I need a phone to do. It would be nice if the browser was a bit faster, especially when using mobile signal, and sometimes the apps take a second or two to load up, again, mores on mobile signal. But, it's great value for money and reliable. Just need to make sure you take a charger with you if you go away for more than a night, as better life isn't great.”
