“Would have been good if my purchase had been delivered to my address in the first place and not to someone else that doesn't even live near me in the beginning so as you can imagine I'm not a very happy bunny with this service”

“Ordered phone on a Thursday afternoon for next day delivery but web site failed to record credit card security code. Had option to go onto web and correct this, it still failed to record it correctly. Eventually had to phone on Friday morning to get it fixed. Said they would try and deliver on the Saturday but this also failed. With it being a bank holiday on the Monday it was the Tuesday before I eventually received phone. I had ordered through topcashback and there was also a £10 voucher plus cashback on offer if purchasing a phone with a contract, for some reason the £10 was not deducted.”

“Was looking for a great deal for my son and came across your website. Fantastic choice of handsets and monthly contracts. Ordered on a bank holiday weekend and handset came within 3 days. Couldn't ask for better service, would definitely recommend to friends and family and anybody who'll listen to me!”

“Phone arrived quickly and whoever they use for delivery were excellent. The phone is perfect and the contract is good value. My only slight criticism was that I did not receive a confirmation email following placing my order which was s bit unnerving. I did receive an email from O2 the following morning.”
