“Firstly I had to chase where my phone was. Now just over a week since my phone arrived I have a large white line constantly down the screen. I have emailed e2save but sofas no reply”

“After the manufacturer delayed the release of the phone I ordered for the third time, I called the e2save team directly. My call was answered quickly and an alternative phone was found which completely satisfied my needs. The operator was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. My new phone was delivered the next day and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the service.”

“Well! After ordering 2 phones earlier this month & these were for 2 81 year olds I assumed that instruction would accompany items. yesterday I was informed by friends that I would need to set an account which I assumed would be done when ordering having given my bank details plus the fact that my wife was informed on her phone now had accumulated a charge of £10.01 whereas The package I ordered was for £7.50/month. Upon trying set up an account my email address was not recognised so here I am not being able to setup an account, so I say please HELP”

“I've had excellent service from E2save. I've found an incredible deal for my brand new iPhone 6 on a monthly contract by talking to an E2save representative. Delivery of my new phone was swift and effortless - I could check the arrival time of the courier online, and my phone arrived as expected without any delays (although I live in a relatively remote area in the countryside). The E2save team helped me set up my new phone so that I can keep my old number. They explained how long it takes for the new SIM card to get activated after the old one stopped working. It all went very smoothly, and I'm happy using my new phone and getting all the apps I couldn't get on my old phone, and learning new tips every day. I wish everything else was as simple! Thank you E2save.”
