“Very pleasant to deal with, I made a mistake and ended up ordering twice, was sorted out over the phone with customer service easily. Phone arrived the next day with a text before giving me an hour long slot which saves a lot of waiting around! Cheapest deal I could find anywhere online, would definitely recommend!”

“Screen shattered first day, (dropped it onto a work top), not far. Tried to get it repaired, was told it wasn't worth it. Nearly impossible to get the back off. They wanted £180.00 for it to upgrade my contract. Very disappointed.”

“Although there was a slight problem with my order (the free Tablet offer was not in stock) I was kept fully informed of the progress of my order. - The phone was sent out on time (although the Courier Sevice was letting you down a little) - Having need to contact Customer Services they were extremely efficient and polite (and apologetic) and managed to sort out my order to my complete satisfaction.”

“I purchase a basic pay-as-you-go phone on behalf of a visitor and was kept in the dark about the progress of the order for 48 hours. The purchased talktime did not work for 72 hours at least, not 48 hours as described on the website. Would definitely go to a competitor next time.”
