“I am very disappointed with the outcome as I today received a letter from 02 saying my new monthly tariff is 23 pound per month,as I don't remember agreeing to this.the phone all I had with an Asian chap was of very poor quality and I had to keep asking him to repeat things .i am not happy with this tariff at all,I have gone through various channels I am still waiting to get the problem sorted.”
