“I've upgrade my mobiles previously through E2Save so when I was in a position to do so again I had no hesitation visiting the website. Everything is clearly laid out and the "search" facility and the "filters" make finding what you want easy. The online ordering process let them down this time. I placed the order, I input my current mobile number for it to be transferred to the new phone, pressed "next" and the order was gone. Phone ordered. Then the realisation "isn't somebody going to need my bank details ?" Then I thought, "well I've used them before, perhaps they still have my details" Sure enough, the next day I got emails, I got texts and I had a missed call. I was at work and didn't have my banking details with me. It delayed the process by 24hrs, This error within their website with the bank details and the subsequent delay is why I've rated them 4 instead of 5. Great company, great prices - but it the little things that let them down on this occasion”

“Very good service. Appreciated how long I'd been a customer with my current provider, made me a really good deal on my new phone and contract, fast, literally have no complaints. And to top it off I was told likely delivery would be Monday and it came the very next day on the Friday. Couldn't have asked for more. Happy customer.”

“My contract upgrade needed to calls as one got disconnected. On the second call, the process went through under the assumption that I wanted a new contract and not an upgrade. The customer sales rep was very polite and corrected this and processed the order fairly quickly. However, I did not receive any order confirmation email from e2save. My order arrived promptly on time which was excellent. But I still do not have any email detailing my order or invoice, or redemption details.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received from e2save they were fast and it's easy to follow I just chose my phone then the tariff I wanted filled in my personal details and I had a reply with an hour to say my phone was gonna be delivered the very next day and it was no problem.i would highly recommend e2save to anybody”

“Really good service, ordered the phone on Monday and I received it on Wednesday. The process was so quick, however it's difficult to cancel an order just after placing one. I couldn't find a section to cancel mine as I found a better deal which suited me elsewhere. But overall it's a good site to order from.”

“There is no doubt that the price and tariffs etc are very good, but the customer service once you have committed to buy is zero. Despite being assured the delivery arrangements allowed you to opt for it being 'left in a safe place' this did not materialise. On last contract queries on the cash back only resolved through the Charles dunstone complaints website. As I say I have taken another contract on the basis of price but customer care really is non existant”
