“I tried to buy this phone fromEE but because I was married over 70, never been in debt and had a pay as you go phone before, I was refused as I had NO credit rating. My husband had to buy the phone for me. I am extremely annoyed. So rate your service as very poor.”

Hello I’m sorry to hear we were unable to process your application on this occasion. Although the orders are completed by ourselves, we do not have an influence over the decision of the credit check. The result of the credit check is based on the requirements of the particular network in question, and your absence of credit history may have impacted their decision. “For weeks Iv been thinking to take out a contract phone so I found myself getting one with e2save online I seen a deal that I really like so I applied for it within a few hours I got an email saying I had got the phone but the deal I wanted had changed in my email they had sent to what I had seen at the start I wanted the samsung Galaxy s4 mini and it came with a free iPad on my email they send it was samsung Galaxy with a free Togo smart phone so I was not happy so the two day My phone came to then only see that my free gift didn't not come with the phone so I tryed to call e2save but none of the number on the Internet work I'm so mad to why this is happend to me I will not be telling anyone about this site as its not what it makes out to be I only took out the phone contract as it was advertised with a free tablet but I never got it......??????!?????????”

“there was a small problem with my online order (my fault) and it was very easily sorted out with one short phone call, The phone was delivered next day at the time given so no waiting around all day :) E2Save was cheaper than the competition and still delivered a first rate service. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I actually first went to Carphone Warehouse shop in Liverpool City Centre where I wanted to go on EE. The man in there did a check on me, but EE knocked me back. He didn't offer to check any other network although I knew I was good with my credit rating. So I went online with E2Save (i did not realise this was also Carphone Warehouse). You sent me an e-mail to ring you but at first there was a 32 minute wait! I rang up next day where there was a 2 minute so decided to see what you had. The man I spoke to checked EE (again refused) but then checked 02 and Vodaphone. Within 5 minutes I had a phone sorted and being sent out to me. The only thing is that I have found it hard setting my phone up so would have really preferred going into the shop for one on one assistance with it as I have never had an Iphone before. The only tip I would give is to get the phone handlers to slow down speaking when sorting out the details.”
