“Have just signed up to O2 for next 24 months, so far all so good with e2save. Have to post 7 copies of the bills to claim multiple redemption, was surprised as email would be quicker, easier and direct... Strange, so maybe you could offer email as an option?”

“I am very unhappy with the sales service. I was also led to believe that carphone warehouse were calling me about my upgrade on behalf of 02. I have put in a complaint because I wss told false information about the iphone I received and now tbey are refusing to let me return it because I switched it on. They are absolute con artists. DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.”

“Product: Delighted Delivery: Really bad. ... I entered an alternative delivery address during the order process. It seemed to be accepted, with the website filling out the address details. Next day, the products were brought to my address, whilst I was not at home. I had to arrange another delivery day, then resend the package, at my expense, to the alternative address I had specified during the order process.”

I have tried to call you this morning in order to discuss but unfortunately I was directed straight to your voicemail. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee earphones with refurbished handsets due to hygiene reasons. I’m also disappointed to hear that you also haven’t received your cheque for £25.00, we allow a maximum of 6-8 weeks for these to be received. “Was really unhappy with my current contract provider EE, So set on getting a new phone provider, I ended up using e2save for the simple fact I got my phone free and an lg smart watch for the same price I would of paid if I had ordered direct from 02. When my upgrade is due I will be back to see what there is to offer cheers again guys.”
