“They made credit check under wrong person and didn't seem bothered about it when I called. It's cost me 28 pound and still ain't sorted. They wasn't very helpful at all. It's a shame. ( I still haven't had a call from you to sort this out you clearly don't care about this problem. Long as you get your money you don't give a dam. If you wanna sort this out then call me on 07508365420 between 9am to 10:30 am or between 3 pm to 5:00 pm as I work. I think you should pay my bill after what you have done.”

“I was given the incorrect phone number for my new mobile. It took a long time to sort this out (long phone calls), the matter was resolved, but it was dealt with as though the error was mine and not either E2 save or Talk mobile's; and apology for the inconvenience and a credit of wasted minutes would have been thoughtful and would have been appreciated.”

“Very pushy sales team, incorrect tariff rate that I am now chasing O2 for correction! Your sales calls are made every day (sometimes more than tree times a day) for two weeks before your renewal, this is just far too much like harassment! Please in future limit this or it will be a service I will not use again!”

“Ordering online is easy but when problems occur ie SIM card not working I spent nearly an hour ( in total) trying to sort the problem out on an 0871 telephone number. At the end, the problem was accepted by Vodaphone, not E2Save, but I felt it could have been put right more efficiently. After a new SIM from Vodaphone the problem is still not sorted - another card on the way!!!!!!”

“E2save have been great to deal with, very helpful very polite would use them time and time again. Just wish O2 were as good, nothing but problems changing my number over from my old phone, 7 hours being passed from one idiot to another within O2 and still no success. In the end E2save sorted the problem out in one very quick phone call. So thanks for that .”
