“I am disgusted in the way I have been sold a phone with 100 meg of date which I will not be able to use. I am so disgusted that I can't even be bothered to complete this complaint. I would not waste another minute of my time and will tell all my staff of the appalling service you provide”

“Very impressed with service. I was sceptical about agreeing to an upgrade from someone who randomly phoned us up but glad I did. All my concerns were professionally answered and no question was too stupid to answer. I went ahead with my upgrade and received my phone 3 days later in perfect condition. Would us again and would recommend”

“Excellent all round! The sales team on the phone were excellent at explaining and sorting out my new contract. From this, the phone arrived quickly and was well packaged, with all the original extras - a bonus considering the phone I ordered was a refurb. Will definitely look to use e2save again.”

“So far I love this phone! I did want to take my number with me but that might be too complex (certainly for me to do)! It is great to type quick messages and not make any mistakes as I did all the time with my previous phone. Think I may have been better going for a phone with more memory but so far so good and I am not a teenager who needs lots of memory for photos and music and other things! Love it!”

“I have been customer of e2save for over 10 years and quite happy with their services. Only problem is with their cash back claim. I have missed the cash back claim on few occasions as with advancing age people forgets to claim on right time. A reminder when cash back is due can be quite beneficial fer forgetful customers.”
