“After initial phone contact the phone was out of stock so had to wait approx month before it arrived. I was told as a loyal customer I would receive a free tablet, this has never arrived, the person I spoke to and who I agreed the upgrade with was calle Sara. I will never upgrade this way again and in future will go into the shop instead.”

“Easy to use and order, however the site wasn't updated that the credit check had been completed and the phone dispatched so had to call but that was a good level of service when I did call. The tracking function for delivery of the phone was brilliant.”

“This is a joke!!! They conned me into a contract for me in my sisters name then when your try and contact them to return the phone there is no contact number!! This is getting investigated with finical obudsman.”

“Very satisfied with overall service regarding ease of ordering and very prompt delivery. One big disapointment however is the lack of a comprhensive user manual especially as I am of the age who are not particular gadget orientated. All I got was a little leaflet on how to put in the sim card and battery. I looked on the internet but do not feel that I want to print off 120 pages. I really feel that this information should be sent with the phone and therefor feel badly let down.”

“I received a call just before my upgrade and I knew what I wanted as I had done my research. I explained to the Advisor what I was already being offered and he found me a better deal. Instead of paying £100 extra for my phone he managed to give it to me for free! I asked him to call me back at a later time as my battery was low and as promised he called back at the time I recommended. The phone arrived on time, I was able to track it accurately and the whole experience was very positive! I would like to thank my Advisor Luke for being very professional, helpful and knowledgeable!”

“The Sales person knew the product well and understood my needs and the deal was completed quite quickly, received the mobile next day which was very impressive. The only suggestion I have is make your cashback much simpler as quite often I have issue where the new PAK number is not noted in your system even after advising E2 save as I have other contracts with you to. Bills sent via account are rejected for no reasons... Thanks S.Karia”

“Have always bought my mobiles through e2save or carphonewarehouse as they are so good to deal with. They do noy try to slip out of their offers, always are helpful if any problems. A delight to deal with and great offers. When you find a company that treats you this way, why change?”
