“Cold called. Sounded like you were from 02 my service provider. Assured a 5s 32g phone would be delivered the next day-Friday 8th August . This odd not happen. When it was delivered I received a 5c 16g. I was away with work so made calls on Wednesday 20th to advise that the phone wasn't what I wanted only to be told that I had to return the phone by special delivery at expense to me if I did not exchange the phone. If I exchanged the phone I could get it couriered but pay £249 for the handset. The adviser would not give me the address to return the phone, very poor sale techniques from your adviser. Could not deal with my questions, and was argumentative. I will never use car phone warehouse again. I expect to be reimbursed for my time (2hours) and cost of special delivery charges £7.80”

“Wow! I ordered in late evening, not expecting my phone next day..but wow I was sent text early morning saying it was on its way ! It also gave me options to text driver from delivery.. The delivery arrived in the accurate time frame given .. Really excellent deal and really excellent service .. would recommend definitely .”

“I bought the phone in the package as it was cheaper than a sim only deal. I now have a sealed boxed refurbished phone for sale. Contacting afterwards through my account is absolutely impossible especially as the bundle I ordered is so different from the bundle I have got. Live chat cuts me off. No e-mail address or message button. That makes you impossible.”
