I felt tricked into paying £29.01 for a phone that is free with the package. When I challenged I was told it was made clear they e2save provide the phone not o2. Also why I was charged money to test my debit card when clearly you are already testing it to take the £29.01. Try other providers these phones are free and available elsewhere at no cost to you.

The Nokia product is very good ( as it is from any retailer) but sales and customer service is dreadful. I ordered a phone as a birthday gift and received an e-mail from E2Save confirming my order... Within an hour I received another-mail telling me it was not is stock and would not be delivered... I tried to reply - bounced back undeliverable.... I tried to phone, no answer.... I tried the customer chat line and after a wait Sid responded and understood that if I couldn't have the phone in time for a birthday eight days on I didn't want it, I'd buy one elsewhere. Sid cancelled the order and I cut and pasted that conversation into Word, half suspecting that something might go wrong.... Within minutes I bought the same phone elsewhere at £10 less and it came with a load of extras that E2Save's phone did not include. Software disc, a multi-national power adapter and of course a charger. That phone came the next day but days later I had another e-mail from E2Save saying that my order had been processed and would be delivered (too late for the birthday)..... Again I tried to answer the e-mail but it seems that address doesn't actually exist, I tried to call, no answer, I resorted back to the customer chat line and told my story to a different person. I was told I had to phone in to cancel my order but of course none of four attempts to call were answered.... None of this is coincidence, I believe it to be a tactic not to lose a sale.... One unhappy bunny £180 out of pocket...

Everything was amazing but be careful to get your contact details correct the first time otherwise there is a lot of hassle. However it was all amazing and I got my phone within 48 hours

I WAS TOLD BY THE GENTLEMAN WHO CALLED SO SEE IF I WANTED TO UPGRADE I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD AN IPAD THAT I NO LONGER NEEDED BUT STILL HAD A FEW MONTHS TO GO ON THE CONTRACT HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD ARRANGE FOR THE PAYMENTS TO BE STOPPED THIS WAS A BLATENT LIE I HAVE CONTACTED ORANGE THEY RECOMMEND THAT I SPEAK TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERVISORS AS CONDUCT LIKE THIS GIVES THE WRONG INPRESSION TO FUTURE COSTOMERS

Cancelled agreement as e2serve could not connect to the network. The consequence of them trying and seemingly pressing the wrong settings left me without a proper working phone for several weeks. Having said that, the staff on the chat line were very helpfull.

e2save have recently sent me a phone and upgraded my contract without my say so. The website is next to useless if you do not have a order number and your waiting time on the customer services is horrendous. I have had to wait 15 minuets and pay out of my own money at 10p per minute to cancel my non order. I now have no service on my phone which i am assuming is down to this debacle. I would like this resolved today with an offer of compensation. Do not use this company they are con men.

E2save phoned my personal mobile number claiming to be orange offering me an upgrade, i upgraded, except no. i did not. E2save took out a new contract in my name and only have created an account so the phone never worked. I have spent the last 3 months trying to cancel this contract as i sent the mobile back immediately. This has greatly effected my credit score as i have been sent debt collection letters and all sorts due to their mistake. I have never dealt with such an awful company. What they have done is illegal and when i try to contact them i sit on hold for half an hour paying 10p per minute and all to no avail as i am told the number will be cancelled and low and behold it is not! DO NOT USE THEM!

the customer service was very chep. i m making contarct with them n i hold the call more then 15min i jusk ask them can you call me my mobile no and they said no if u want to leave the contract its fine.very poor service

Generally awful customer service. I've been a customer of E2Save for some years and the service standard has dropped significantly, as well as the competitiveness of the offers. The sales advisors generally give misleading information and the customer services advisors (save a couple) have little understanding. The last time I ordered a phone, it was for delivery a week later. Upon checking why it was not delivered, I was told that the process hadn't been completed properly by the first advisor and a credit check hadn't been done ( despite the fact that one had and 1p had been taken from my debit card). Another credit check and 1p deduction was carried out and I was assured that it would be delivered the next working day. It did not turn up and upon calling to check, I was told that there had been some problem and it would be sent out that day to arrive the following day. Again it did not turn up and upon calling to enquire, I was told that it would be sent that day to arrive the next day. I was guaranteed it would be delivered the following day and took a day off work..the phone did not turn up. Upon calling again, I was told there was a problem at the warehouse and it would be sent out that day. This time it finally did arrive. Serious reservations about using E2Save again.

First i received a call from someone claiming to be from orange who managed to miss sell me a sim card that cancels my current account. I then wait on hold for 35 mins to speak to someone about exchanging who tells me its too late and she cant help then hung up on me because she couldn't answer some of my questions ill now have to call back tomorrow again on this 10p a min(+mobile charges) number for a second time and more than likely wait on hold another time.

Poor, phone arrived promptly, but 56 hours after i still haven't been able to use it as have not received the ever so important error message on my old phone. I have tried to call e2save, and have left countless messages, but now they have their commission they don't seem to care about the customer.

I purchased Nokia 105 -- I'm not a phone person and neither is my husband -- we just need something for emergencies when we're away from home. Received phone very promptly, read all the included pamphlets, registered online, used phone chat to clarify some issues and now I'm ready to go. Very, very pleased with purchase and my simple pay-as-you-go plan, which suits me perfectly! Thanks!!

Absolutely terrible, phone arrives in a piece of cardboard and then doesn't work, won't even switch on. No clear returns policy in case this happens either. Rubbish!!
