“Great service from minute one. Ordered my particular phone with free xbox one but that offer got credit refused from O2. But they managed to get me the same deal with a different provider. Order arrived the day after in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

Deciding on a contract with them this time has resulted in excellent service and help in every aspect of a new phone and new contract. Lots of helpful advice and offers to ring them if any problems arise has given me confidence in the service they provide.”

“Some of the E2Save processes are not ethical. Ex : I ordered a phone which was £22.50 a month after cash back. But nowhere it says on how to redeem the cash back before you place the order. I got caught and place the order and found out the way to redeem and wanted to cancel the order. Then I web chat with an agent and she confirmed that my order was cancelled. Few days after I was getting a lot of emails and texts confirming the delivery date. I would never recommend E2save to anyone.”

“I asked for my order to be canceled by a lady called Nicky, she confirmed this was fine as it wasn't processed through the system but I have now received confirmation the order is being delivered today. The people I have spoken to in customer services have been good but I am not happy with the overall experience.”

“No instructions with the phone so I damaged the screen getting the back off. The phone will cost £60 to repair .A free phone but you will not cancel the contract, or give me another phone .I realise it is my fault but I think the absence of instructions is a contributing factor. Another phone would placate me and solve an unsatisfactory situation.”

“To be fair to e2Save, the deal whent through very well. O2 delivered on time and I was very happy up that point. What marred the experience and stopped me from giving a full 5 Star rating was the fact that the O2 sim swap went hopelessly wrong and I was without mobile service for 5 days. Very poor on O2's behalf, but they are at least crediting my account with the loss in service.”
