“When I was told that I am getting a delivery I was expecting everything that I ordered together not to have to wait for the other item to arrive which hasn't. You shouldn't advertise the package if its not going to turn up at the same time as the other one”

“Poor customer service. On hold for over 45 mins whilst trying to sort out my upgrade after I'd stupidly agree to it over the phone. On the initial call they made out original they were actual orange/ee and I was getting a good deal as a loyal customer. Once questioned they then said actual car phone warehouse acting on behalf orange. turns out there actual another sub company call on behalf of car phone warehouse (don't like being lied to or mislead). All my own fault for being impatient with my upgrade. They told me that my direct debit date wouldn't change, but still asked me to confirm my details. I've just found out the my DD hasn't been set up and I've had to phone ee myself to sort it.... AVOID!!!!!!”

“You tried to find me a good deal, which in the end you did. But the prices i was given was after cash back, the cash back wasn't explained very well on how it worked, as only after ordering, i was informed it was £18 a month till month 7. I think you should make it clear in the process.”

“I looked around for reviews before buying from e2save and found many bad ones (as you do). The main issue was an unexpected insurance bill which people state they did not know anything about. I took a chance and felt it may be people whom do not read or look what they accept. The process was easy and the insurance part was straight forward (you click NO !). I spoke to someone on line to confirm the insurance a couple of days of getting the phone, I got straight through and they confirmed what I needed to know. Regarding the ordering process, it was simple, easy and good communications. I know every process my order was at and even found out the name of the person delivering the phone and a time. So far all is good and I would recommend e2save to anyone.”

“From the time of placing my order until i received my phone it only took 24 hours. The service was fully tracable and i was sent a text message detailing a delivery time period, this was very helpful and of course the delivery was within the time period detailed. This is the 4th time i have bought from e2save and each time the service has been perfect with a perfect deal.”
