“The phone cover feels very cheap and ugly. Not sure if it protects the phone if dropped as looks very weak. The in car holder keeps falling from the window and no longer worth using. The in car charger seems to be working ok and does what it says on the description, hence poor rating and not very poor.”

“Really helpful lady I spoke to. Her name was Amy, I wasn't sure what phone I wanted and she helped me through it all and was very patient with me even when my son tried taking the phone of me! Will definitely recommend and come back when needing a upgrade”

“Okay service (I got loads of txts and emails asking me to change my address details as delivery was not possible to my works address for some reason). I was kept up to date every step of the way which was good. However the cost of my contract was more than expected - it was advertised online and in the confirmation email as £28 a month. When I got the confirmation from o2 it was £28.97 a month. Its only slightly more, but not what I agreed to or was advertised by e2save so I do feel mislead.”
