Great help on the phone, order processed quickly. Will reserve judgement until cashback claims have been requested as I have had difficulty with receiving the payments in the past.

When this company contacted me on the 19th May 2014, they informed me that as I was upgrading my phone to a Samsung Ace 3, I would be entitled to either £230 cash or other goods. I elected to take the £230, I was informed that a cheque for this amount would be forwarded to my home address within 7 weeks. Some 8 weeks later on the 9th July having not received a cheque I contacted the company and informed them of the circumstances, I was informed that they would have to resurrect a new cheque and that this would again take another 7 weeks. I informed them that I was not prepared to wait another 7 weeks so they took all my bank card details and informed me that the £230 would be in my account within 7 to 10 working days. On 22nd July still not having received the £230 I again contacted the company and told them that I thought that this £230 was a scam, the person I spoke to informed me that he would look into the matter and phone me back, they never returned my call. Later the same date I again contacted the company and again informed them of the circumstances again the tried to fob me off with having to wait 7 weeks for the money. I told them this wasn’t going to happen and that all my bank details had already been taken for the cash to be paid into my account. I again gave them my bank details and they again informed me that the money would be in my account within 7 to 10 working day. They were informed that it the money was not received within this time span then the matter would be passed onto the Police and Trading Standards. One will now wait and see what the outcome will be.

Quite a painless experience actually. I saw controversial reviews about the site but decided to take a leap of faith irrespectively. Browsing was easy and once I ordered, just few minutes later I got an email saying order is processed and need to call them to follow up. The customer service was flawless!! Everything was done quickly and I was kept informed about everything every step of the way. 100% recommend!

i order 2 tablets both were packed from out side but when i open them to give it to my girl friend we found that the inner packing was open by some one and then repack the BOTH parcels.it make a impression in front of my friend that i am giving her some body's used tablet.I trust E2save but found them untruest worthy.

after placing my order I received an email saying more information was needed. The gentleman I first spoke to checked all my details and said he would phone me back. I phoned again after a couple of hours this time a young lady answered. She checked all my details again and confirmed my order. Over all she was very helpful but one criticism is that she told me her colleague had tried to ring me and could not get through, she may have been passing a message on or trying to cover for him. I only rang a second time as no one had tried to phone me as promised. this comment spoiled what was an otherwise pleasant experience.

Very disappointed, I've used you for a few years now and this time has been awful. I was contacted by you about an upgrade, I got my new phone with in 2 days which is brill but I've been waiting for my number to transfer for a week! I called orange which they have no record of my upgrade and they think a new deal has been set up instead!! I've tried contacting you for the last 2 days and had no luck. I would appreciate it you could contact me immediately to correct this before I pay for 2 contracts

I don't think I got a very good deal. Since I received the phone, I have looked and asked around at various outlets. I could have got a better phone on a cheaper tariff with a better cash back, also I was told that you have signed me up on an old 3g Orange contract when I could have been on a more upto date 4g EE contract. So I wont be using you again or recommending you. PS When I asked your operative about insuring my phone he didn't seem interested. I rang up EE and they said I couldn't insure it with them because I had taken it out with a third party. I have had to insure it with some else. Not impressed!!!
