“E2Save, a company that lets you buy from Carphone Warhouse without having to pay high street or mobile phone company prices. S4 Mini (reconditioned) for just £12/month, no strings or cashbacks required. Bargain! Only fly in the ointment is the rip-off of charging more for "upgrades" than for the same deal for a new customer, but that's not E2Save's fault but the networks'.”

“I ordered my phone over one month ago. The first two handsets were faulty as they were not set up for the provider of the SIM that e2save also sent me. The third one is also faulty as it does not connect to the internet. I am currently waiting for this phone to be collected but as of yet have had no confirmation that it will be. I have wasted an unthinkable amount of time and money calling e2save and going into Carphone Warehouse stores. I have also missed out on wages and personal time to wait for phones to be collected and delivered. DPD was meant to collect the second faulty phone but they never turned up. In total this will be my eighth dealing with DPD which is really not good enough. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please provide me with a working phone as I am still paying you for my contract.”

“I have just received my order and I am delighted with the speedy delivery and the condition of the refurbished iphone and kindle fire ( which was free with the phone, brilliant deal! ). I would not hesitate to recommend E2SAVE to anyone looking for a great deal on a phone. On a final note I was kept updated with the progress of my order by frequent emails and I was able to follow the Dpd delivery van on the tracking page up until my parcel arrived delivered by Paul the very friendly driver.”

“Got refurbished Nokia Lumia 520 for my daughter. She was very happy except that, having lowered the volume, we have discovered that the button to increase it is broken and she has to take the back off the phone to increase it again. Will be going in to Carphone Warehouse to see what they can do to sort this. Otherwise, all very good. Port happened without a problem and phone seems to have lots of functions she is happy with.”

“Have to say I wouldn't want to deal with this outfit again. Purchased a phone with them under contract. Got the usual emails to say all is ok then Carphone Warehouse sends me an email stating they do not deal with me as i'm not good enough (ie security issues). So they cancel my order, yet E2Save still keeps sending me emails to say all is ok. i then call to let them know i've purchased elsewhere & inform them of whats happened. Was told all cancelled a day or 2 later i then get emails from the network provider to say what my 1st bill was going to be & that it was going to be taken out via DD shortly, then the courier contacts me to let me know the delivery will be on a certain date. Do these people not talking to one another. Won't be using this crew again in a hurry very un-impressed with them!”
