“Ordered 2 phones in 2 orders. Got text messages and emails saying there was an issue with my payment with one order and telling me to call a premium rate number. Called e2save customer service and they said there was no issue with payment and that both orders are OK. So was told to call pointlessly.”

Hello Sandeep, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the box has been tampered with. This is unacceptable and will be investigated. Before the warehouse dispatch an item they inspect it to ensure the quality of the goods and items are up to high standard. They then place the item in a sealed DPD bag. I’ve tried to call you to discuss this further but I was unable to get hold of you. Please could you provide a best time for me to call you again?
