“99p phone! And compulsory £10 credit. What a package. Overall really pleased with phone. Works just like the good old nokias used to. E2save superfast delivery and no complaints there. Slight gripe with the credit taking a couple of days to activate. Signed in to e2 account and saw that it said could take a couple of days which put my mind to rest and sure enough crecit added. Thank you e2save :)”

“Applied 1 day, confirmation of acceptance the next. Needed to change delivery day which was zero hassle. Had a 1 hour delivery window so wasn't stuck in all day. Everything arrived as expected and when expected. Love the new phone. Very pleased overall and didn't even have to speak to anybody direct.”

Hello Beverley, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your sim card was not active upon delivery and that you had to go to the trouble of visiting a Vodafone store. I have tried to contact you this morning but unfortunately you weren't available to take my call. “In particular, Ishmail was a huge help. i had problems with getting two phones, exactly the same, same network and he was very patient and helpful and very easy to do business with. “Upgraded my phone asked to keep the number but instead they set up a new account. Took 3 days to get old number back. Lost thousands from customers who couldn't contact me”
