“This is the third phone we have had from E2Save. Excellent service. Have had two refurb phones and they are as far as You can tell brand new. You just dont get the packaging! Very helpful sales people. Would not go anywhere else. Oh, and the deals are great. friends cannot believe what we are paying against what they have paid.”

“This is the first time I've collected an item for myself from courier. I am 60 so this is a bit out my comfort zone this said I was most impressed with the way my delivery of my new phone was handled from order to receiving it on the doorstep. Tracking to me was all about races in the past not about goods. However I now can relate to all this and would happily order from the internet now too and track the goods. May I add that the delivery driver was upbeat and cheery. Well done to all involved. Thank you”

“Hi, I HAVE PURCHASED REFURBISHED I PHONE 6/24 MONTHS CONTRACT. BUT I DIDNOT RECEIVED THE ACCESSARIES, WHEN I CONTACTED E2 SAVE THEY SAID IT CANNOT BE INCLUDED FOR HYGEINE PROBLEMS, BUT IN YOUR WEBSITE CLEARLY SAYS NOT GURANTEED TO INCLUDE ACCESSARIES NOTHING SPECIFIED ABOUT HYGEINE ISSUES. iF THE ISSUE IS HYGEING HOW ITS POSSIBLE TO SELL ONLY THE PHONES??. I THINK YOU ARE SELLING THE ACCESSARIES SEPARATELY TO MAKE MONEY ?”

“I ordered my phone on the Tuesday at 1pm,it was deliver the next day at 10am.. I also had a before delivery which I emailed them about and they responded straight away and sorted it. So all in all I was very pleased with them and their customer service. My partner has also just ordered a new phone too so..... I would recommend them definitely. ????????????????????”
