“Got a 5s refurb from them, good price and 02 contract terms but it arrived without an Apple key to the SIM holder just a USB/charger - no earphones, box, manual etc so not quite good as new. Phoned 02 to activate my phone and transfer a number - they had no record of my new SIM and couldn't help but sent me a new SIM instead. The next day my daughter got it activated somehow without using the fresh SIM and got all my data etc from the previous phone onto my new one. Seems fine so far but just so you know..”

“my experience with e2save was very pleasant and enjoyable, although it's not very nice being put on hold it leads to the correct result in the end. got the phone and the tariff i needed to suit my purpose, my only grievance is that it has been over 24 hours to get my new phone connected due to a change of sim card, so im am going to call again to find out why it's taking so long.”

“Beware of the tricks this company can pull. They offered me a contract for £39pm then after signing up for it i found same contract following day with same network on e2saves website for £34pm. Bad show..... this has led to a further credit score check and still waiting for the new sim so cant even use the new phone! Oh and the upfront on the phone was even cheaper!!!!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Phone arrived very quickly and have had no problems with it at all. I used to go direct to the network but won't be doing that again as will use E2Save when I am due my next upgrade.”

“made the order and was getting abit annoyed with waiting for check then got told to ring up. the person i spoke to was apologetic and was so good at making sure i got what i want and that i was happy. he went out of his way to explain things and also ensured i had the phone delivered next day, he also told me what a good choice of phone i was getting which is reassuring of a fellow samsung user. great customer service E2Save, better than most retail shops online and in store!”

“With a high-speed high-tec telephone salesman speaking in a regional accent I was rather overwhelmed but accepted the phone upgrade on trust. The phone arrived OK, but there were no accessories, the sim-card was payg not monthly contract, so I took it in to the nearest Carphone Warehouse shop some 15 miles away. They were very nice and tried to help but couldn't without the correct simcard. They also said that to transfer my contacts etc would cost £14.75 minimum. They sent me to the nearby Vodafone shop who were very helpful and fixed everything to working order very quickly and then successfully transferred all my data to the new sim-card. That's what I call good customer service!”

“Last week I ordered a reconditioned iPhone 6 handset and O2 contract with a SIM card; however when it arrived the SIM card was incompatible with the handset and nothing would work. The handset has had to be returned and I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive - hopefully tomorrow. Today I received my first invoice from O2, dating back to last week. Further than that I cannot comment on my purchase, as it is still to be tested properly!”

“I rang up as i was having difficulty online with my bank details and was sorted out by a very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly customer services advisor. Within 5 minutes he had found the phone and contract I was after and i was all set up and ready to start my contract the following day when my new phone arrived. Great service Thanks”
