“Waiting on a replacement for an incorrect item I ordered in October of 21. I have been sent 2 incorrect items then a “back order “ excuse then they told me the warehouse was shut down for reorganization but it’s March of 22. I’m not giving up out of principal. I will pester and bother Eaglemoss until this is fixed. Customer service reps on the phone do not give 2 flips about their job. Emailed customer support and they responded “Hi [name]” they could not bother cutting and pasting my actual name on the email response. Just incredible”
“I’m not happy at all
with the way my order has been handled.
While it’s possible that Eaglemoss USA is one of the few sellers online who’s having processing difficulties, a month is too long a time and it could’ve at least done me the courtesy of
letting me know that my order’s being delayed. Sounds like it won’t be getting here in time for a special occasion.
Other things I dislike about my buying experience with Eaglemoss: about 2 weeks ago when I called to ask if
one of the items in this order can be canceled, I was
told that since the entire order’s already been fully processed
it’s not possible. If that’s true, then all of the order should’ve
been ready way before this.
My worst experience was when calling their customer
care number. I got a text in the middle of the night last
week saying that a transaction had taken place for a
certain amount and I saw that was less than my
order amount. When I called to find out if it was a
fraudulent transaction it turns out that only part of my
order has gone through since one of the items isn’t
available. The Customer Service Rep was rude
and abrupt. She’s not doing me a huge favor by answering
my call.
For all these reasons, I’m quite sure I’m not going to
buying any more products from this site again.
I’m disappointed that Star Trek licenses and sells items
through them.”

I was super excited to subscribe to the wizarding alley monthly subscription. I should have read the reviews first, because my story is practically a replica of everyone else's. I received no information for weeks, so after 3 weeks I contacted them to find out when I would receive my first shipment (the site says the first shipment will be 21 days from payment.) They said it was on back order and they didn't have an ETA. I gave it another week, but after 4 weeks and no proactive updates, I've decided to cancel. They make you call in to do so. The rep I spoke to didn't even ask why I was cancelling. Ironically, they offered to make the time between shipments longer.
I also want to mention how terrible their email support is. It takes multiple emails to get all the information you need. In fact, I had to ask the same question in 3 emails because they kept ignoring it (I had asked if they had other wizarding alleys available to subscribe to.) After the third time, they just didn't respond back at all. I'm not sure why their support team thinks it's okay to ignore their customer's questions. That's about as terrible support as you can get.
As an avid Harry Potter collector and online shopper, my strong recommendation is to avoid this company. They should not be selling products that they don't have in stock and have no idea when they will. Their support team needs to learn proper customer service. As a whole, they need to get their act together.”
“2 years waiting for order and I have heard every excuse they have multiple times. I believe the may be legit in UK and Germany, but their US division is nothing more then a scam company. Avoid them in the US.”
