“Arrived promptly and were as expected/advertised. I ordered them for my grown-up kids after buying some similar ones for myself from another company. Mine arrived in a calico drawstring bag which is really useful to keep the lids together without the need for further packaging. I was a bit disappointed that yours came with no bag to keep them in but wrapped in plastic! I have had to purchase a set of cotton bags to put them in which was an extra, unexpected cost.”

Hello Helen, I think you may have left us a review that was meant for something else. You bought plastic-free crackers from us which come without packaging at all, just a cardboard box, and candles, that are wrapped in a recycled brown box with natural wood wool. We don't ever use plastic packaging for any of our orders as it is totally against our ethos. Hope you have a lovely Christmas!
