“Nice products but poorly packed so jars broken when they arrived”

“The spearmint toothpaste isn't anywhere near minty enough. Should I stir the jar up? I've just been using the wooden paddle off the top. Doesn't really leave my teeth feeling clean either.”

“The cards, in general, are fantastic. They are fun and of great quality! And they included some extra seeds with each card! BUT. We purchased these packs of assorted cards for our office birthday celebrations. Two of the three packs we received contained very specific cards such as "Herby Birthday Mum" and a first birthday card, and unfortunately, we won't be able to use these for their intended purpose. I know it was an assorted pack, and we received assorted cards, but the picture for the item only included general happy birthday cards. I feel like with an assorted pack, it can not be assumed that someone is going to need such specific cards. What if I know no babies or my mother has passed? Although the cards are exactly as expected quality-wise, unfortunately, I will not be ordering these again so as not to receive more cards that I cannot use. This would have easily been a 5/5 if not for the specific, unusable cards. Just a recommendation for future orders.”

“Purchased a product billed as a replacement for a shower puff. It's okay but has more in common with a flannel as it doesn't really create much of a lather. It was expensive so I did expect more”

“I am happy with 2 out of 3 products, with make-up remover being the product I am really disappointed with. It was very expensive (£30) so I expected something better. Not only it does not remove makeup properly, but it also leaves the skin sticky (but in theory you don't have to rinse it off). Makeup brush and powder foundation are good.”

“As soon as I purchased the bar shampoo, which I used with vinegar for a couple of weeks....things changed....there was a new shampoo bar with conditioner. I needed this as my hair felt very straw like and dry using shampoo bar number one with the vinegar rinse. Wow! The price difference was incredible. One bar of shampoo/conditioner....£11.04!!! Rip off! It's not that great. Now my hair goes greasy after three days, never heard of ever. I've never had greasy hair.”

“I find the cardboard on the deodorant difficult to use. Also the deodorant crumbles easily. It is not smooth enough. However I am very pleased with sun protection cream”

“The shampoo bar is great however I bought the hair rinse for oily hair and it just seems to make my hair more oily and leaves a residue behind after rinsing. Disappointing product.”

“I have been using curly 2 in 1 bar, it lathers really well and makes my hair really clean but it doesn’t make my hair soft I still have to use normal conditioner.”

“I ordered the 2 in 1 shampoo bar for itchy scalp, it smells lovely, foamed up lovely and my scalp did feel really fresh BUT I couldn't get my comb through my hair and I'm honestly not exaggerating when I say I lost twice as much hair as I would Normally, I needed to use my usual conditioner which I felt was defeating the object. I do still use the bar for shampooing though as I do really like it.”
