“The products were poor and overpriced, I bought a gift box set for over £16, paying extra for gift packing, it arrived loose in a cardboard box, when I complained, I was given chapter and verse on how busy the seller was, all the excuses under the sun, obviously not conversant with good customer care practice, I was given a £2 refund for the lack of gift box, as this was supposed to be a gift, the £2 did not help me at all, will never use again or recommend”

“The service I received from earthbits was excellent but the product was terrible and there only seems to be an option to review the company which is very disappointing and not what I wanted to do. I really wanted to like the solid conditioner I bought but I feel it’s only fair to give an honest review which is that the conditioner has an unpleasant smell and leaves my hair feeling greasy. I really don’t want to waste any product these days but I think I’ll have to give up on this one.”

“Shampoo and conditioner was too oily and greasy considering I purchased the products for oily hair. The soap on a rope does not smell of anything other than vegetable oil. Very disappointed with my whole order.”
